This classical Victorian table lamp is timeless. Despite the fact that this lamp was just made the timeless design could have come out of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s New York Workshop over a century ago. This product is handcrafted as it would have been if it was made by Tiffany.
The wonderful yellow shade has elegant Victorian scroll work at the bottom done in copper-foil stained glass in green tan and a shimmering blue. A medallion on the front of the lamp adds a touch of class, as do the 86 cabochons that are liberally situation throughout the shade.
The resin brass base of the lamp is definitely a thing of beauty. When illuminated with one of the two pull chains the light gather on the top of the stem and eventuates the groves on the pillar near the top, the pillar then tappers as the grooves become less visible before leading to the sectional base with flared ends.
