This Victorian inverted ceiling pendent fixture is made of curved pieces of copper-foiled stain glass. Even the white background is made up of curved lines that are behind the scrollwork found at the edge of the shade, which is at the top since this lamp is the inverted ceiling pendent. Tan, green and burgundy are the colors that make up the scrollwork. Eighteen cabochons give this lamp that extra sparkle.

The hardware has an bronze finish and includes a stylized ball near the ceiling before the post extends through the shade where it is secured with a pointed fennel. Two chains with oval links run from the hardware to the shade.
