This lamp makes a wonderful desk lamp as it provides dim light for you to use to complete your daily paperwork. The primary colors of this lamp are orange and white, however light purple, purple, teal and black are also worked into the design of the butterfly’s wings which are handcrafted with copper-foil stained glass, and lit with a 15w candelabra bulb. Since the subject of this lamp is a butterfly it is not necessary for the colors to match the color scheme of the room in which you place the lamp. The resin base of the lamp is rendered in the shape of a rose which the butterfly is perched upon. Besides being a wonderful desk lamp this little butterfly works well as an accent lamp for your living room coffee table or brighten up a kitchen counter or atop your chest of drawers in your bedroom or wherever you need to add some brightness to your home.
