This colorful Victorian floor lamp certainly is spiffy. Its scrollwork design of curved copper-foiled stain glass is divided into sections by large blue shimmering scrolls. The many different colored pieces of glass are pieced together like a patchwork quilt. The color pallet of this lamp includes blue the dominate color, along with green, brown, purple, red, burgundy and yellow. The lamps different textures of stained glass also remind one of an old patchwork quilt.
A round resin base fits a metal pole that extends under the shade to the light, which is turned on and off by two pull chains with metallic balls on the ends. A pointed fennel crowns the shade and secures it to the base.
This product is part of the “Victorian Patchwork Quilt” line that contains other types of lamps with the same distinctive shade, including ceiling fixtures and a table lamp.
