This fireplace screen is made of handcrafted stain glass which is placed into a metal and bronze frame which covalently folds up for easy storage when not in use. The oval design in the middle of the screen has a definite Victorian feel to it, the colors of blue, green, orange and burgundy make up this design which is encompassed by a blue oval. The rest of the design is comprised of rectangular patters with diamonds at the intersecting seems and squares at the corners. Many of the pieces of glass are stained with multiple colors which makes a dazzling effect when illuminated by a fire. Blue is the predominate color in this screen which fits the definition of elegant a simple design made in a complex manor.
