This hanging ceiling fixture is designed in the popular Dragonfly theme but unlike other lamps designed in this style it does not just have a dragonfly on the shade but the whole shade itself shimmers like a dragonfly. The golden wings of the dragonfly on the shade and its dark burgundy body real do resemble this water loving insect. The head of this creature appears at the end of the shade to give it an ill regular edge. Touches of red, green, yellow and blue do not stand out but blend in to the overall design. Four chains run from the bronze patina hardware of the lamp to the shade to give it a touch of class.
