This Victorian lamp has looping lines that are so often found in Victorian lamps; however this design encompasses the entire shade and not just the bottom edge. The colors of yellow, tan, rose, brown and white are all a part of the design. The dominate shape of the shade is a stylized hart that brings a since of warmth and love to this complex design which includes many pieces of real stained glass that were handcrafted to form this shade. This lamp is part of the BYRON line which produces other types of lamp with the same design allowing you to match this lamp with others in the line. This floor lamp is made in the torchiere style which means that the shade is pointed upward to project light as an ancient torch would have done.
